Red-Yellowish Pistachio Kernel

Type : Long Type
Color : Reddish outer skin and yellow inside
Seasion of Harvesting : The  nut reaches full maturity.

Mawardi (Rose) Pistachio Kernel

Type : Long Type
Color : Reddish and pinky outer skin and from green to light green and yellowish inside.
Seasion of Harvesting : The nut reaches half maturity.

Green Pistachio Kernel

Type : Long Type
Color : :White and with  pinky dots outer skin and  from light green to dark green inside
Seasion of Harvesting : Very early harvested, 1-1,5 months  before the nut reaches  full maturity.

Peeled Pistachio Kernel

Type : Long Type
Color :  Same color of the kernel processed
     

Diced Pistachio Kernel

Size : Precious and uniform pieces(cuts),chunks
  : Produced in size according to customer demand  
     

Pistachio Meal (powder)

Size : Produced by grinding the pistachios kernel  finely avoiding overgrinding the nuts not to allow the nuts to turn to butter.
     
     

Inshell Pistachio

Type : Long Type
Color :  From 90 nuts/100 grams to 120 nuts/100 grams.
Seasion of Harvesting : The  nut reaches full maturity

Pistachio Puree

          A smooth, creamy mixture made through a unique milling process that creates this highly

         refined oily and thick paste.  Produced in size according to customer demand  starting

         from 20 microns.

Pistachio Cream

          It is flavoured and sweetened pistachios puree with a certain pistachio content. 

Pistachio Paste

          Chrunchy mixture produced in size from 100 to 200 microns available sweetened and

          flavoured or as it is.

Packages are available for industrial and retail usage in glass jars, pet jars, pp buckets, bags,barrels and vacuum packings.
